Women’s Keep-Fit

The Women’s Keep Fit classes are led by a bilingual instructor and help to raise issues of healthy eating and the importance of healthy lifestyles.

The classes are held every:

Thursday 4:15pm to 6:00pm, in the Committee Room.
Saturday 9:30am to 11:30am, in the Committee Room.
